 Biography Fajar Kadafi was born in Yogyakarta on 26 March 1982. He studied art at the Merdeka University until 2005, and currently lives and works in Ubud, Bali. Fajar has shown in his work in many group exhibitions, most recently at the Sika Gallery, in Ubud, in the show entitled "The Candidate." Several of his paintings remain at the Sika Gallery on indefinite display. He was featured in the solo exhibition, "Rupa Coret Rupa," at Fajar Art Space in Ubud in 2007. An easily recognizable Ubud character, Fajar is one of the most exciting young artists coming out of Indonesia today.
